How do I schedule an appointment?

Please call our office and talk to our front desk staff to schedule an appointment. Our phone number is (570) 326-7353. 

I am a new patient. What do I need to do before my appointment?

Welcome! Prior to your appointment, we would like to have your most recent dental x-rays sent to our office email: frontdesk@drraemore.com.  

What insurances do you take?

We submit claims to all PPO insurances for you. Your insurance company will pay for a portion of the services rendered, and you will be responsible for any deductibles, copays, and differences. UPMC insurance is the only insurance with which we are in network. Contact us with any specific questions regarding your insurance. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit, or credit card. Credit card charges will incur a 2.99% surcharge. We do not accept Care Credit. 

Cancellation Policy

There will be a charge for all failed appointments and cancellations under 24 hours. The charge will be commensurate with the scheduled procedure. Our patients are important to us; if we cannot fill your previously reserved appointment time, someone else is missing out on much needed treatment!
